Uber Suppresses Voices of Women Sexually Abused by Drivers, Lawsuit Claims
Uber has a long and tragic history of sexual abuse and that was among one of the reasons why co-founder Travis Kalanick had to permit go of his position as the CEO of the company. As per recently revealed court documents from California, the ride-hailing company has argued that women who are sexually assaulted by Uber drivers must settle the example for arbitration with a condition of non-disclosure.
